Do you offer a refund?
No, we do not issue refunds, remove credit card charges, issue store credits, substitute products, send replacement parts, issue gift certificates. We only replace defective items.
My vibrator is not working so what do I need to do?
Make sure to install new batteries. Alkaline batteries are recommended. Do not use rechargeable batteries, they may burn out the motor. Check the battery position. Follow the guides inside the battery compartment. Make sure that the contacts are not wet, corroded or loose. Make sure to close the battery cap, cover the compartment tightly. If the vibrator still does not work, install new batteries.
Can I remove the insert inside the battery compartment?
No, do not remove the battery insulation paper. The vibrator will not work if you remove the battery insulation paper.
Can I leave the batteries in my vibrator between uses?
We recommend that you remove batteries between uses. The battery power will drain if you leave batteries in your vibrator.
